Job summary

Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Virginia is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living in a person-centered care environment. You will work closely with our clinical team to deliver compassionate care and help residents maintain independence.

We offer part-time and full-time roles with competitive hourly pay ($20.00–$22.75) plus shift differentials, plus benefits like health coverage, PTO, 401(k) with match, and professional development

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents in activities of daily living.
• Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on preferences and routines while providing comfort and companionship.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and resident programs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents’ needs in a timely manner.
