Job summary

Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Virginia is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). CNAs support residents with daily living and person-centered care to meet residents’ needs.

We offer part-time and full-time positions with compensation ranging from $20/hour to $22.75/hour plus applicable shift differentials. Benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO, 401k with a 3% match, onsite medical centers, and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred
• Current CPR certification is preferred
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure needs are addressed in a timely manner
