Good Samaritan Mandan Sunset is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide resident-centered care in a 128-bed long-term care facility. Duties include assisting with daily living activities, recording vital signs, and supporting care plans under RN supervision.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age 16; prior clinical or nursing assistant experience preferred.
• CNA certification required within four months of date into the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Perform basic health care tasks including vital signs, bathing, feeding and mobility.
• Document resident interactions and communicate changes to the charge nurse.

Education

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

GED preferred
