Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care Group in West Valley City, UT is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct patient care in the Clinical Department. You will perform ADL assistance, mobility, feeding support, and documentation under supervision.

Requirements include a valid CNA license, High School diploma, CPR/BLS certification, and willingness to comply with facility policies. On-site work with competitive hourly pay.。

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state (preferred, not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Current Food Handler Permit (when applicable)
• Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification.
• Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living Facility: At least one year of experience as a certified nursing assistant in a SNF or ALF is preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

• Provides certified nursing assistant services to assigned patients in accordance with care plans, facility policies and procedures and at the direction of supervisor(s).
• Assists resident with activities of daily living per care plans and facility procedures.
• Assists with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents.
• Coordinates dining room services at assigned mealtimes and documents intake.
• Delivers nutritional supplements and tracks intake.
• Assists with patient weight tracking and reports changes.
• Supports nursing staff and completes flow sheets daily.
• Follows safety, infection control and confidentiality protocols.

Education

Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state
