You will assist with boarding, wheelchair access, and daily vehicle readiness, while maintaining documentation and complying with policies.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Clear DMV driving record inquiry required.
• No outstanding criminal or civil citations.
• Must be a CNA with current CPR training.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Experience in transporting patients or healthcare transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients and residents safely to appointments and activities.
• Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and mobility needs.
• Maintain vehicle condition, logs, and related documentation.
• Follow safety procedures, infection control, and traffic regulations.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report issues promptly.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for assignments.
• Coordinate transportation schedules with staff, patients, and providers.
• Assist with secure transportation of mobility equipment as needed.
• Maintain professional communication with residents, families, and partners.
• Provide courteous, dependable, resident-centered transportation and safety.
