Job summary

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from appointments, therapies, and activities within and outside the facility.
• Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care, medication administration, and medical treatments.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
