Senior Lifestyle in Chicago Heights, IL is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for memory care to provide compassionate, resident-centered care under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1+ year clinical/nursing experience preferred.
• CNA licensure as per state requirements.
• English proficiency to communicate with team and residents.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort, and activities of daily living.
• Provide compassionate care for residents with dementia.
• Transfer, position, and turn residents.
• Provide skin care and contribute to care plans.
• Follow supervisor's schedule and report resident issues.
• Support independence and resident rights.
