Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide resident-centered care in a long-term care setting in Sioux Falls. You will assist with daily living activities, vital signs, and support to the nursing team under RN supervision.

The role requires an active CNA certification and ability to meet the facility's competency standards; benefits include daily earnings access and various education opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age of 16.
• Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• CNA certification with the State Board, or in process of obtaining certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with transferring, repositioning, and walking using proper techniques.
• Record vital signs and support wellness and recreational programs.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to the charge nurse.
• Ensure infection prevention and PPE policies are followed.
