Qualifications

• Will review ND/NH/WI registries for eligibility where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care during scheduled shifts.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, eating.
• Record vital signs and document patient information accurately.
• Support RN/LPN with basic treatments and tasks as delegated.
