Upland Hills Health in Dodgeville, WI seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant for the Nursing & Rehab Center. This part-time to full-time .5 to 1.0 FTE day shift role includes weekend and holiday rotations, providing general CNA care, assisting with direct patient care, and supporting ADLs under nurse supervision.
Benefits include comprehensive packages, PTO from day one, and a retirement plan with employer matching. An employment bonus of $3,000 is available for eligible hires.
Qualifications
- Requires a Nursing Assistant certification and active listing on Wisconsin and Federal registries.
- CPR completion preferred and obtained on hire.
- Prior nursing assistant experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior electronic medical record knowledge is beneficial.
Responsabilités
- Provide general nursing assistant services.
- Assist in direct patient care and observe changes in patient conditions.
- Assist with activities of daily living including hygiene, nutrition, mobility, environment and safety.
- Monitor resident status and communicate to nurse if treatment is not followed or changes occur.
- Work under the direction of the nurse in charge.
