Upland Hills Health in Dodgeville, WI, is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for the Nursing & Rehab Center (Skilled Nursing Facility) on a PM shift. The role supports patient care, daily living activities, and clinical monitoring in a friendly community hospital campus.

Position offers a flexible Part-time to Full-time .5 to 1.0 FTE schedule with weekend/holiday rotations, plus comprehensive benefits, PTO from day one, and a retirement plan with matching contributions.

Qualifications

• Active Nursing Assistant certification is required and must be listed on both Wisconsin and Federal Registries.
• CPR certification preferred and to be obtained upon hire.
• Prior CNA experience is preferred but not required.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior EMR knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing assistant services.
• Assist in direct patient care and observe patient condition changes.
• Assist with activities of daily living: hygiene, nutrition, mobility, environment, safety.
• Monitor resident status and report issues to the nurse in charge.
• Work under the direction of the nurse in charge.
