Qualifications

• CNA certification with MN state Board or in process within four months.
• Annual continuing education 12 hours required.
• Minimum age 16; prior clinical or nursing assistant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing and mobility.
• Record vital signs and communicate changes to the charge RN.
• Assist with meals and hydration; ensure a positive dining experience.
• Document resident interactions and care outcomes; support infection prevention practices.
• Support housekeeping and laundry to maintain clean living areas; assist with recreational programs.
