Job summary

The Nursing Assistant (NA) at Good Samaritan Society provides resident-centered care in a long-term care setting under the supervision of a registered nurse. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health needs, and support infection control policies.

This full-time day shift position includes every other weekend and holiday, with a $2.50/hr location premium and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Targeted for Canistota, SD 57012, USA.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred but not required.
• CNA certification required and provided by facility.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and feeding.
• Record vital signs and monitor residents’ health status.
• Follow care plans and infection prevention policies.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to RN and document care.
