• Yearly competency testing and 12 hours continuing education required annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with transferring, positioning, and ambulation using proper techniques.
• Aid with meals, hydration, and record vital signs as directed.
• Document resident interactions and communication of changes to the charge nurse.
