The Nursing Assistant (NA) at Good Samaritan Wagner SD Center provides resident-centered care during day shifts, assisting with daily living activities, documenting vital signs, and supporting the care team under RN supervision.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required with the State Board.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with meals, bathing, mobility and vital signs.
• Document resident interactions and communicate changes to RN.
• Support wellness and recreational programs.
