Job summary

Scenic Wellness Nursing & Rehabilitation in De Soto, Iowa is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our day shift team from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. You will provide basic nursing care under licensed supervision, supporting residents with daily activities and safety.

Qualifications

• Must hold CNA license in the state of Missouri.
• Ability to effectively communicate with residents, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Basic reading and writing skills.
• CPR/BLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and receive thorough nursing reports upon reporting for duty.
• Assist residents with daily care, including bathing, grooming, hygiene, and placement of adaptive equipment.
• Explain procedures to residents before administering care, ensuring their comfort and understanding.
• Keep residents dry by changing gowns, clothing, and linens as needed.
• Change bed linens and maintain a clean and tidy environment.
• Make occupied and unoccupied beds to ensure a comfortable living space.

Job Description:

Scenic Wellness Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and caring Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team.
