Job summary

Scenic Wellness Nursing & Rehabilitation in Hillsboro, MO is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our day shift team from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. You will provide basic nursing care under licensed nurse supervision to our residents.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, bathing, grooming, hygiene, changing linens, and reporting conditions to the nursing staff. We welcome dedicated caregivers committed to resident comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Missouri CNA license and CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication with residents and nursing staff.
• Basic reading and writing skills required.

• Assist residents with daily care: bathing, grooming, hygiene, and adaptive equipment.
• Explain procedures to residents before administering care for comfort and understanding.
• Keep residents dry by changing gowns, clothing, and linens as needed.
• Change bed linens and maintain a clean, tidy environment.
• Make occupied and unoccupied beds and participate in nursing reports.
