Scenic Wellness Nursing & Rehabilitation in Missouri is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our day shift team (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM). You will provide essential basic nursing care under the supervision of licensed nurses and help residents with daily activities.

The ideal candidate holds a Missouri CNA license, demonstrates clear communication with residents and staff, and can maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment while delivering attentive care.

Qualifications

Missouri CNA license is required.
Ability to effectively communicate with residents, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
Basic reading and writing skills are required.
CPR/BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

Participate in and receive thorough nursing reports upon reporting for duty.
Assist residents with daily care, including bathing, grooming, hygiene, and placement of adaptive equipment.
Explain procedures to residents before administering care, ensuring their comfort and understanding.
Keep residents dry by changing gowns, clothing, and linens as needed.
Change bed linens and maintain a clean and tidy environment.
Make occupied and unoccupied beds to ensure a comfortable living space.
