Scenic Wellness Nursing & Rehabilitation in Missouri is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our day shift team (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM). You will provide essential basic nursing care under licensed nurse supervision, focusing on residents' comfort and dignity.

Required: Missouri CNA license, CPR/BLS certification, strong communication, and basic reading/writing skills. Duties include assisting with bathing, grooming, hygiene, changing linens, and reporting changes to nursing

Qualifications

• CNA license in Missouri required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Basic reading and writing skills.
• CPR/BLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and receive thorough nursing reports upon reporting for duty.
• Assist residents with daily care, including bathing, grooming, hygiene, and placement of adaptive equipment.
• Explain procedures to residents before administering care, ensuring their comfort and understanding.
• Keep residents dry by changing gowns, clothing, and linens as needed.
• Change bed linens and maintain a clean and tidy environment.
• Make occupied and unoccupied beds to ensure a comfortable living space.
