Avamere Transitional Care at Sunnyside in Salem, OR is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for day and evening shifts. Full-time or part-time roles available, on-site at 4515 Sunnyside Rd SE, Salem, OR.

As a CNA, you will provide routine daily nursing care per resident plans, review care plans, assist with activities, transport residents to appointments, and help create a warm, calm environment. CPR/BLS must be current, and you must be a licensed CNA in this state.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed certified nursing assistant (CNA) in the state.
• Active CPR/BLS during employment is required.
• 10th grade education or above.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident assessments and care plans.
• Review resident care plans daily and note changes.
• Inform nurse supervisor of changes to ensure care plans are updated.
