Job summary

Americare Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) to provide essential, hands-on care to residents in our skilled nursing community in Sedan, KS.

You will work a Full-Time schedule across Day/Evening/Night shifts with starting pay at $15/hour, and eligibility for a $1000 sign-on bonus. Join a community that values respect, teamwork, and growth, while delivering high-quality, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Must have valid CNA certification in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with transfers, lifting, repositioning, and mobility as needed.
• Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition and care provided.
• Support restorative nursing and therapy activities as directed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, homelike environment for residents.
• Follow safety procedures and use required safety equipment.
