Americare Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide essential, hands-on care in our Eureka, KS skilled nursing community. You’ll support residents’ daily needs, work with nursing and therapy teams, and help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.

The role requires a CNA certification for Kansas, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a patient-centered approach. Shifts include Days, with a sign-on bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CNA certification in the state of employment.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with transfers, lifting, mobility, and positioning.
• Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition and care provided.
• Support restorative nursing and therapy activities as directed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, homelike environment for residents.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE; report accidents or concerns.
