Americare Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide hands-on care in a skilled nursing setting. You will support residents’ daily needs, document changes, and work with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Valid CNA certification in the state of employment.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with transfers, lifting, repositioning, and mobility.
• Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition.
• Support restorative nursing and therapy activities as directed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, homelike environment for residents.
• Report accidents, incidents, or concerns involving residents, staff, or visitors.
• Work with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members.
• Follow safety procedures and proper lifting techniques.
