Americare Senior Living in Galena, KS seeks a compassionate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide direct care to residents in our skilled nursing community. You will assist with ADLs, observe resident needs, and collaborate with nursing staff to maintain a safe, homelike environment.

This full-time role offers competitive pay, daily pay options, PTO, benefits, and opportunities for education scholarships. Must hold a KS CNA certification and be at least 16 years old.

Formación

• Must have valid CNA certification in the state of employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Age 16 years or older.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with transfers, lifting, and mobility as needed.
• Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition and care provided.
• Support restorative nursing and therapy activities as directed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and homelike environment for residents.
• Report accidents, incidents, or concerns involving residents, staff, or visitors.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members.
• Follow safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and use of safety equipment.
