Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support nursing staff and provide compassionate care to residents. This role includes assisting with activities of daily living, documentation, and coordination of meal and care activities.

Qualified candidates will be CNAs in good standing with a state-approved program, and have strong communication skills and a willingness to work closely with residents and their families in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing or graduate of an approved CNA program and pass the state competency exam within 120 days of employment.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living according to care plans and policies.
• Support nursing staff and other team members as needed.
• Assist with lifting, positioning, and transporting residents and monitoring weight or skin integrity as directed.
