Job summary

SUNNYSIDE in is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant in Washington state to provide routine daily nursing care to residents according to each care plan. You will identify residents before treatments, assist with daily living activities, and document observations for nurse reporting.

Responsibilities include accurate recordkeeping, reporting changes promptly, helping with meals and hygiene, and maintaining a respectful, safe environment on every shift.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid CNA license in the state.
• Ability to read and interpret general instructions.
• Ability to write clear notes and reports.
• CPR certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plans.
• Identify residents before treatments and document observations.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding).
• Record meals, intake, vital signs, and care notes as instructed.
• Maintain confidentiality and safety of residents' information.
