Job summary

MISSIONHEALTHCARE seeks a dedicated CNA to deliver routine daily nursing care in Renton, WA. You will identify residents, document care, and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor while maintaining confidentiality and safety.

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, and help prepare them for tests, following facility policies and procedures and collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Licensed CNA in the state with CPR preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to present information to managers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments and care.
• Record entries clearly on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report breaches.
• Assist with daily activities including mobility and transfers.
• Prepare residents for medical tests and follow policies on exposure.
