• Minimum age 16; prior clinical or nursing assistant experience preferred.
• Annual continuing education: minimum 12 hours; maintain certifications.
• Possibility of Sanford Driver classification; must have valid driver's license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assist with transfers, Mobility, meals, bathing, vital signs and documentation.
• Support wellness and recreational programs; ensure infection control and PPE compliance.
