Job summary

The Nursing Assistant (NA) at Good Samaritan Society provides resident-centered care in a long-term care setting under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN). You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, support mobility, and help maintain a clean, safe environment in a Christian, not-for-profit facility.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Minimum age 16; prior clinical or nursing assistant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Record vital signs and observe changes in residents’ condition.
• Assist with transferring, repositioning and mobility under RN supervision.
• Support meals, dining experiences and hydration; assist with meal preparation as needed.
