Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide quality care to residents in a senior living community in Greensboro, NC. You will assist with daily living activities, support residents’ independence, and document observations for nursing staff.

Role requires CNA certification, strong communication, teamwork, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. CPR/First Aid certification is expected or obtainable within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA license from the State in which the community is located and in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
• Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Must be organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.
• Must be a contributing member of nursing team and follow instruction of supervisor.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Encourage independence and participation in community activities.
• Report incidents and document appropriately in logs and records.
• Provide emotional support during move-in and transitions.
• Communicate resident status and updates to the team as needed.
