Seminole Care & Rehab is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our dedicated team in Seminole, OK. You will assist residents with daily living activities, hygiene, feeding, and mobility while supporting a respectful, resident-centered care approach.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must pass a state-issued exam.
• Required valid CNA certification in Oklahoma
• Six months' experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Candidates must have an active email and phone for employer communication.
• Ability to react decisively in emergencies and communicate with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Answers signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
• Assists residents with grooming, hygiene, bathing, and incontinence care.
• Obtains food trays and assists residents with feeding.
• Assists residents with range of motion exercises.
• Provides for personal care and comfort.
• Assists residents with ambulation and movement between areas.
• Takes and records vital signs and intake/output.
• Delivers direct and indirect resident care and communicates changes to the nursing team.
