Job summary

Plaza West Healthcare & Rehab Center in Topeka, KS is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide exceptional care to our residents. You will join a team of healthcare professionals committed to quality and dignity in daily living.

As a CNA, you will assist with activities of daily living, monitor residents, document care, and follow infection control procedures. English proficiency and a caring, reliable attitude are essential.

Qualifications

Must be a certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
Must read, write and speak English.
Caring, loving personality and demeanor.
Able to work scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

Enhance residents' quality of life and well-being.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing, toileting, and hygiene.
Respond promptly to resident call lights.
Prepare residents for therapy sessions and appointments.
Follow infection control procedures.
Document and chart care provided for each resident.
Protect residents’ rights and adhere to policies and standards.
