The role requires CNA certification, ability to read and speak English, and a patient, cheerful demeanor; you will follow facility procedures and maintain resident dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA certification.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, and willingness to handle residents appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Prepare residents for therapy, activities, physician visits, or religious services.
• Answer call lights promptly.
• Attend in-service trainings and meetings as directed.
• Assist residents with hygiene and bathing.
• Follow infection control procedures.
• Chart required information every shift.
• Present professional image through dress and speech.
• Adhere to company standards for resolving concerns.
• Protect resident rights.
