Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Completion of an accredited CNA program required.
• One year of experience as a certified nursing assistant preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in common digital tools and applications including Microsoft Office and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs including grooming, hygiene, dressing, nutrition.
• Answer signal lights, bells, or intercom to determine residents' needs.
• Take and record vital signs and input/output as directed.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Provide meals, help with dining activities, and housekeeping tasks.
• Encourage participation in activities and communicate observations to the care team.
