Job summary

The Terraces at Heritage Grove Estates in Topeka, Kansas is seeking dependable, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Assisted Living team. As a CNA, you will assist residents with daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity, safety, and overall well-being.

Unlike a traditional clinical setting, our assisted living environment fosters strong resident relationships and a welcoming home-like atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Active Kansas CNA certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, toileting, and other personal-care needs.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, ambulation, positioning, and other physical needs per individualized service plans.
• Provide toileting and incontinence assistance while maintaining dignity and privacy.
• Assist with meals and dining when needed.
• Encourage participation in daily activities to maintain independence.
• Follow resident service plans and communicate changes to the care team.
