Plaza West Healthcare & Rehab Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional resident care on-site. You will support residents with daily living activities, mobility, and therapy preparation, while ensuring safety and dignity in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as a CNA.
• Must demonstrate a caring, compassionate demeanor.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Able to work scheduled shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights.
• Prepare residents for therapies and activities.
• Document care and maintain accurate charts.
• Uphold residents' rights and follow policies.
