Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited CNA program required.
• One year of experience as a certified nursing assistant preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency in common digital tools including Microsoft Office and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care including grooming, hygiene, dressing, and nutrition.
• Answer signals via lights, bells or intercom to determine needs promptly.
• Record vital signs and intake/output as directed.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Support with activities of daily living and dining.
• Encourage resident participation in activities and social programs.
• Communicate observations to the care team and families as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with team and follow management direction; participate in ongoing training.
