You will document in patient records and assist with rounds and transfers, ensuring safety and quality care throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required or in state you will be working.
• High school diploma preferred.
• CPR certification or willing to obtain within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care related support including hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, elimination, and safety as directed by Charge Nurse.
• Document appropriately into patient records and follow standards.
• Take vital signs, record intake and output, and report to Charge Nurse.
• Assist with turning, positioning, and transferring residents.
• Complete rounds and communicate needs to the nursing team.
• Ensure proper use of equipment and safety procedures.
