Bethesda Health Group in Missouri is seeking a capable Certified Nursing Assistant to provide patient care under the direction of the Charge Nurse. You will assist with hygiene, nutrition, mobility, safety, document accurately, orient new residents, and respond to call lights promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Active Certified Nurse Assistant certification in the state you will be working.
• CPR certification, or willing to obtain within six months of employment.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to interact verbally with patients, visitors, and staff.
• Ability to manage time and organize daily schedule to meet productivity standards.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift heavy objects using proper lifting techniques with assistance when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care related support under Charge Nurse guidance.
• Assists with hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, and safety as directed.
• Documents appropriately into patient records and completes admission tasks.
• Turns, repositions, and takes vital signs; reports to Charge Nurse promptly.
• Interacts with residents, staff, and other team members to ensure quality care.
• Follows established standards and guidelines and attends trainings as needed.
