Job summary

Villa At Parkridge is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their team. The CNA assists residents with activities of daily living under supervision of a nurse, including bathing, dressing, eating, grooming, toileting and exercising.

The role involves collaboration with nursing staff, recording vital signs, and supporting residents’ comfort and safety in a skilled nursing setting. A valid CNA license is required, with CPR certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• State CNA license/certification.
• Current CPR certificate or certification within 90 days of employment (preferred). Some facilities may require this.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, grooming, toileting, exercising).
• Collaborate with nursing staff to coordinate patient care.
• Take and record vital signs under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Turn and reposition bedridden patients.
• Ensure proper diet per dietary restrictions.
