Qualifications

• Completion of state approved Nursing Assistant Program for the state in which the facility operates.
• Current certification on the state registry.
• Experience providing direct routine care to residents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with direct routine care in all activities of daily living.
• Follow Plan of Care under supervision of LPN or RN.
• Maintain resident dignity and privacy while delivering care.
• Document care activities accurately and promptly.
• Report changes in resident status to supervising staff.
