Campbell Street is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide direct routine care to residents in a supportive, caring environment. You will assist with daily living activities under supervision, ensuring dignity and independence for each resident.

Qualifications

• Completion of state approved Nursing Assistant Program and current certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English; good listening and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct routine care in activities of daily living under supervision.
• Maintains resident dignity, privacy, and independence.
• Documents care provided and reports changes to the LPN or RN.
• Assists with feeding, bathing, grooming, and mobility.
• Supports safety and infection control according to facility policies.
