Qualifications

• Complete state approved Nursing Assistant Program and current CNA certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct routine care per the resident's Plan of Care.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Maintain resident dignity, rights, and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Document care provided and changes in condition; report to LPN/RN.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote well‑being.
