Job summary

Campbell Street in Des Moines, IA is seeking a part-time CNA to deliver high-quality, direct routine care under supervision. You will support residents with daily living activities, monitor wellbeing, and communicate needs to the nursing team.

Emphasis on dignity, respect, and accurate documentation. The role requires completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant Program with current certification; prior skilled nursing or assisted living experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Completion of state approved Nursing Assistant Program and current certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred.
• Ability to listen actively and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct routine care under supervision by licensed staff.
• Uphold residents' rights and dignity in all interactions.
• Document care activities accurately and timely in resident records.
• Assist with activities of daily living and restorative services as directed.
