Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant Program and current listing on the state registry.
• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with direct routine care in activities of daily living under supervision of LPN/RN.
• Communicate resident needs to primary caregivers and document changes.
• Maintain dignity and promote independence and resident-centered care.
• Uphold residents' rights and ensure safety, reporting abuse, neglect, or misappropriation.
• Assist with personal care, feeding, mobility, and restorative services as directed.
