Qualifications

• Completion of state approved Nursing Assistant Program and active certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living is preferred.
• Strong communication and observational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct daily living care under supervision of LPN/RN.
• Document care and changes in resident condition accurately.
• Support resident independence and dignity during activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet resident needs.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and HIPAA compliance.
