Qualifications

• Active state CNA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities per care plan (ADLs).
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to the care team.
• Collaborate with team to ensure resident comfort and well-being.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to residents.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
