Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Willard, Ohio, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide daily nursing care and services based on each resident’s plan of care. CNAs offer companionship, compassion, and encouragement while supporting residents’ well-being and independence.

You will work closely with a caregiving team to assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, and report changes to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state CNA Certification required.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to the care team.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure resident comfort and safety.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to residents.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment.
