Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Hamilton, OH is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver daily nursing care and companionship following each resident's plan of care.

You will work with a dedicated team to support residents' comfort, safety, and well-being, assisting with activities of daily living and reporting changes to the care team. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE required.
• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• 0-1 years of CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
