Trilogy Health Services is seeking CNAs to provide daily nursing care and compassionate support at Taylor Springs Health Campus in Gahanna, OH. You will follow each resident's plan of care, assist with ADLs, and contribute to a safe, comfortable environment.

Qualifications

• Active state CNA certification required.
• Experience as CNA preferred (0–1 years).
• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and daily nursing care.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the care team.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure resident comfort and safety.
• Provide companionship, empathy, and encouragement to residents.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents.
